I try my hand at some Star Trek T-Shirts

When I found that the t-shirt site, welovefine.com, was doing a design contest on Star Trek, I felt that I had to jump to and get some designs done: I love Star Trek! There was no way I would not have grown up with Star Trek, having one parent that is a trekkie and the other that is a general sci-fi enthusiast. Even though, I'm not as big of a fan of the original series (TOS) as I am of the Next Generation (TNG), and recently I have found that my favorite series so far is Voyager(STV), I must admit that I love ALL of the Star Trek universe! Any-whoos, Below are the shirt designs I submitted. If you like the Star Trek inspired shirts I have done, be sure to vote for them on September 25th, 2012. There was one episode in the Voyager series where Neelix asked why Voyager had to go and inspect every anomaly it came across. Shortly after, the ship was trapped in a sub-space hole in a nebula; and then after that, about to be devoured by a living ion cloud monster; and then after that... You get the picture. Tricorder Theatre

I've read that the scene in Generations where Data is using his tricorder as a puppet, is thought to be one of the worst jokes in the Star Trek universe. When I saw this scene in the theater, I laughed so hard I had soda shoot through my nostrils! Needless to say, I still find it kind of funny. Don't judge... I hope that you enjoy these designs as much as I do.  I would have liked to do more, but there was a five shirt maximum. Oh, well. Maybe next time... There's been an update to the store tabs on both Xenex the Bug Man, and this site. Just a quick update: I did go ahead and purchase a table for the Fan Days Convention in October. So I will be there (given that I don't have another mishap).

Now, you mighty be asking what this Marvin Dog media is. I've got answers. I had been working with a good friend of mine, Jeff McGee, before I got sick on designing logos and banners for a podcast that I am on and logos and banners of podcasts that other friends are on. I have listened to all of the shows so far and they are great! Jeff and I are on the show where we talk about toys! (Go figure, I mean Go action figure!) That show is called Talking toys with Taylor and Jeff. The other two shows are The pilot episode, where Jeff and Josh Taylor break down the Pilot Episode in TV series, and The Loosely Based Podcast where Brynna and Jeff compare the book to the movie adaptation!
